Minutes of Board Resolution, Letters of Resignation from Directors, Certified English Translation of documents. Nominee Directors
and Resident Agent (Lawyer) can be contracted at a reasonable low fee. Certificate of Incorporation with Apostille not included.

If you are paying by Check or Bank Draft return your order with payment to: Fidex Group S.A., P.O.
Box 0819-04298, El Dorado, Panama, Republic of Panama, or courier it to our office address. Please add courier fee if you
want documents sent back to you via COURIER please check the service and place they would go in the order form (US$40.00 to
the U.S. and Canada, US$60.00 to Europe, US$80.00 to Asia and Australia). Please remember to include offshore corporate, trust
or offshore foundation name being ordered, name of the person ordering, address, telephone, fax number and email address if
possible.
If you are paying by wire transfer please CONTACT us by fax (+ 507-227-1741) in Panama or contact us
by email at fidex@offshorecenter.com for wiring instruction information. Include your name, address, telephone and fax number,
and email address. In addition send us the name of corporation, trust, or foundation being ordered.
